TCT offer a variety of skills and act as a service provider in the following
areas :

		1. Coating metal parts This involves depositing a hot epoxy resin layer on metal parts at around 180 C°, to act as mechanical and anti-oxidizing protection as well as electrical insulation. A range of thicknesses can be provided.

		2. Thermal treatment and insulation Treating magnetic parts, at up to 1200 C°, in hydrogen or nitrogen and the option of treatment in a magnetic field, enabling well defined magnetic characteristics to be imparted to alloys.

		3. Over-moulding This is a moulding technique in a vacuum using special resins that enable high partial discharge levels and high dielectric levels.

		4.Impregnation Process applying a special impregnating varnish in a vacuum and under pressure or by gravity. This technique is used to give a magnetic circuit its mechanical rigidity or to impart electrical insulation to coiled passive components.

		5.Tests and checks All TCT products are subjected to tests which are confirmed by a procedure using initial samples and computerized readings. We use sets of readings for dielectric characteristics and for partial and pulsed discharges, dedicated to magnetism applications.

		6. Design Studying and designing electromagnetic solutions, preparing expert reports, researching magnetic materials for various applications and designing coiled passive components.
